Alison and Chris were troopers today! We braved the frigid(for you honey) 25 degree weather today and came up with some beautiful shots for their Christmas card! Even with freezing fingers and toes we rocked it! Thanks for letting me try some new things on you guys, you are awesome! Enjoy!
PS I know, I know not my normal post set up (color, B&W, color, B&W) but this was a special situation.
Ever since I started this adventure with photography I have been studying like crazy. I really want to be the very best that I can be! I have learned a ton in such a short time and I know that I have a ton more to learn, that's the beauty of photography! It is always changing and people continue to push the boundaries. Here is my very first photo shoot. I asked my sister and her hubby if I could take some pictures of them and they kindly agreed. I also included some before and after so you can see the difference in my photoshop skills! If you are learning something new and you love it keep pushing forward! There are defiantly times when you feel awesome and times when you don't feel so awesome, but keep going on!
(These images have been re-edited in photoshop too)
I know usually it goes before then after, but I thought I'd mix things up a bit. First is the updated editing, most of the edits are subtle but the photos are a little sharper, the colors a little more vivid, the eyes pop a little more and the skin is a bit softer.

I LOVE WEDDINGS! I had a blast taking these pictures and have had so much fun editing them. There is just something so special about weddings. I love the candid shoots, the new life that has just begun, the passion and love the couple has for one another. Thanks again Jase and Megan for letting me share your special day in so many ways!
